| | Lightning speed delivery, great products, awesome prices |
| | I just ordered new RAM for my laptop from tigerdirect that was necessary for a time-sensitive project. I knew I could count on these guys (and gals) to get my RAM to me asap based on previous orders, so I didn't even bother putting a rush order on the delivery. Sure enough, one day after I placed the order, my items are at my doorstep, just as they always are. Sometimes I think it would take me longer to drive to the local computer store (while paying higher prices) than to have it delivered from tigerdirect. They are totally awesome and I never hesitate when I need new electronics or related items! THANKS tigerdirect! You have earned a customer for life! |

| | Very fast verification and customer service |
| | I was building a PC for college, and it was the last month I had to do so. They got the Credit Card certified within HOURS of being ordered, and shipped immediately. Thanks to their fast service, I now have a PC 10 days ahead of schedule, and still have plenty of time to verify if all my parts work the way I want. Would I recommend them? Already have :) Thanks! |

| | I use to have to go for seminars next to Tiger's main ware house in Naperville. So i got in the habit of stopping by their outlet everytime I was in town. I soon found that Tiger had everything I needed and at the best prices. My TV's , computers , camera's and software all come from tiger. Their the best Period. |

| | I'm a computer education teacher and I recommend Tiger Direct/Comp. USA in Naperville to my students and their parents, regularly. I, always, tell them about the knowledgeable sales people and the excellent value of the products. I, personally, love being able to get refurbished parts, computers, and, even, housewares! I use Tiger Direct, exclusively, for all my computer needs. |

| | A great place for all your computer needs |
| | I first heard about TD when i was starting to learn about how computers work and putting them together for myself from my wife's father. that was almost 4 years ago. Have not bought my computer parts from any other distributer, and never had any issues with the parts I've ordered from TD. Great job guys, keep up the good work TD! |

| | Tiger has it together like noone else |
| | TigerDirect is always so on top of everything which is so rare these days. I've ordered a dozen times at least and always perfect. I called about my order and was pleasantly surprised that they knew who i was and had my recent order ready to answer my question (and yes it was shipping out on time to enjoy for weekend). Not even the phone company knows who I am after i tell them three times...and they are the phone company, know what i'm saying? My call started and ended within the time it took for one person to move forward in line at the bank. Everyone says they TRY their best but Tiger actually DOES their best and empowers their staff with the tools to get things done the best. I really appreciate it. If TigerDirect ran our country we'd already have healthcare. Please run for office! Seriously! |

| | Great place to buy products |
| | I bought a rechargable battery for my flip camera. Tiger Direct beat the others prices. It got here when promised. They also have great contests. After ordering the battery. I entered the Office Makeover 2010 and am listed as a potential winner. I told my friends and family to log on to TG and see what they have to offer. Thanks for the great prices. |

| | Projector return |
| | I purchased a projector from Tiger Direct and it was shipped very quickly, however after a while(3 weeks) it had developed a problem that seemed to be inherent to this particular model. Instead of taking a chance on getting another pj with the same glitch I requested a return authorization number and within 2 hours I was able to print out all necessary paperwork including the return shipping label. I packaged up the pj-shipped it out via UPS and within a week had been credited fully for my purchase as well as the original shipping charge. It doesn't get any easier than that--and I have to add that the customer reps that I dealt with were courteous and friendly. Thanks TG for renewing my faith in online purchasing.( I'm just sorry that you didn't carry the pj that I finally settled on.) I will be back! |

| | The Only Place to Buy Electronics! |
| | TigerDirect is the best place to buy electronics, hands down. I have shopped at TD almost exclusively for four years, for anything from computers/computer hardware to hand-held electronics, and their efficiency, prices, selection, in-depth product reviews and information are unbeatable. The only complaint I have or ever have had is that there's no physical TD store in Ohio!!!! |

| | This is pretty much the only place I buy computer parts. I've been putting computers together since 95 and using tigerdirect since early 2000's. My order is always here in 3 days. If anyone else tells me about a deal on a computer, or computer component somewhere else, I just scoff at them and tell them...tigerdirect can beat it. |
